Lemon Coconut Bars


INGREDIENTS 1 cup of almonds 1 1/2 cup dates 2 lemons 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/2 teaspoon sea salt   DIRECTIONS In your food processor, process one cup of almonds until they are fine like almond meal Finely grate the rind of the lemons and add to the almonds in the food processor Juice the lemons and use 2 or 3 tablespoons of lemon juice depending on how lemony you want your bars to taste Add the lemon juice, dates and salt to the…
