INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST:
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup walnuts
Dash of sea salt
7 pitted dates
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
1 1/2 cups avocado
3/4 cups fresh squeezed lime juice
1/3 cup raw honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
Zest from one lime
Put all of the ingredients for the crust into a food processor and blend until it is a paste-like consistency that will hold together.
Press the crust into the bottom of cupcake liners or the bottom of a pie plate if you want to make this recipe into a pie.
Put all of the ingredients for the filling into the food processor and blend until it is a smooth consistency.
Pour the filling on top of the crust and place in the fridge or freezer until the filling has set.
