Developmental Movement Workshop at Pulsation Yoga in Lake Zurich
Jennifer and I have teamed up with Pulsation Yoga for a workshop we will be doing on January 21st from 1:30-3:00pm. The workshop will be on developmental movement. If you have attended one of our core or breathing workshops in the past, this workshop will be expanding on what we have done previously and will expose you to more active movements.
